Paul O’Donnell
CEO & Partner
Paul has worked in commercial HVACR for over 40 years. He founded All Type Mechanical Services in Cripple Creek, Colorado in 2001 after relocating to Colorado and spending years with Honeywell. He's the foundation this company was built on.
Kim Hartmann
Partner & COO
Kim brings over 30 years of business operations experience, including co-founding Code Violation Services in 2008. She joined ATMS as COO and Partner in 2018 and has grown the company to over $3 million in annual revenue. She runs the business with the same standard she holds everyone else to.
Meghan Neilsen
Office Manager
Meghan modernized ATMS's business systems, customer response processes, and billing operations. She's the reason the customer experience runs as smoothly as the technical work.
Steve Martinez
VP of Construction
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UCCS and brings over 17 years of experience in project management, estimating, operations, and finance. He leads construction and installation projects from proposal through completion.
John Kaupp
Service Manager
John has 26 years of commercial and residential experience across HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment — including five years leading service teams. He's who your technician answers to, and he holds the standard high.
