Management Team
Paul O’Donnell – CEO & Partner
Paul O’Donnell has worked in commercial HVACR for over 40 years. He was born and raised in St Louis, Missouri where he studied HVACR and received his training. In 1995, Paul moved to Colorado and worked for Honeywell before establishing All Type Mechanical Services, Inc., in Cripple Creek, Colorado in 2001.
It wasn’t long before Paul acquired and earned the trust of some of the best known businesses in Cripple Creek, Colorado. With his business receiving more recognition throughout Southern Colorado, Paul moved to Manitou Springs in 2010 and expanded his business to include: Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Fountain, Monument, Castle Rock, and surrounding areas.
When Paul isn’t busy building his business and serving his customers, you might find him dirt biking in the mountains, kicking back, fishing by a lake or just hiking around Manitou Springs and enjoying the beautiful state of Colorado.
Kim Hartmann -Partner & COO
Over 30 years of experience in Title Insurance Operations and Escrow/Settlement/Closings, most recently in the areas of National REO and Foreclosure, with 25+ years in the Fidelity National/LPS family of Title Companies. Kim moved from California to Colorado in June 2009. As VP of Title Services, she created a new Title/Closing department for Specialized Loan Services. Her experience in Real Estate, Title Insurance Operations and Closings includes Default, DIL, Loss Mitigation products, Construction Loans, Builder, Refinance, Resale, Underwriting and Advisory.
Kim co-founded Code Violation Services in 2008 and accepted the position as President in September of 2010. In February of 2014, Code Violation Services merged with 5 Arch Code Compliance LLC. (5ACC). Kim retired from 5 Arch Code Compliance in 2017.
Kim’s former affiliations include: NAHREP-LA, REOMAC; American Association of Code Enforcement; Women in Default Servicing; National Association of Professional Women and Asian Real Estate Association of America; speaker on real estate panels: REOMAC, 5 Star, various Escrow Associations.
In 2018 Kim accepted a position with All Type Mechanical Services in Colorado Springs as COO and Partner. Since that time the company has grown from $600,000 annually to over $3 million annually and continues an accelerated growth path.
Meghan Neilsen – Operations Manager
Meghan has been a part of the service industry for over a decade! She specializes in organization, management and customer service.
Steve Martinez – Vice President of Construction
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He brings over 17 years of industry experience in various capacities, including project management, estimating, operations and finance.
Frances Bonilla – Service Coordinator
Frances has been in the construction Industry since 2014 and has had the opportunity to fill several different roles. As an administrative assistant, she tracked and managed project budgets and maintained financial accounts. Frances has been with ATMS since 2022. Since being with ATMS she has been promoted several times and is now the Service Coordinator. Frances works closely with the ATMS construction department to ensure the seamless completion of both new installations and remodels.
Angelica Pollard – Procurements
Angelica has been with ATMS since February 2022. She specialized in customizing Preventative Maintenance contracts for several of our customers. She also helped with drafting proposals for the commercial service side of our business. She started estimating commercial construction projects for ATMS in July of 2022. From there she took on estimating several projects before becoming a member of the management team.
